bingoplud Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the bingoplud website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account on bingoplud, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

bingoplud reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bingoplud will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bingoplud's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bingoplud.

To register and use the bingoplud Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by bingoplud. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
3. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before using bingoplud.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bingoplud, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bingoplud Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using the Platform.

bingoplud reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full features of bingoplud, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bingoplud. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingoplud login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bingoplud will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. KYC Verification: bingoplud may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Account Suspension: bingoplud reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform or other players.

bingoplud supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on bingoplud is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
2. Currency: All transactions on bingoplud are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingoplud does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility of the player's payment provider.
3. Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. bingoplud reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
4. Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. bingoplud aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the outcome of any applicable security review.
5. Withdrawal Conditions: Funds deposited on bingoplud must be used for genuine gaming activity before a withdrawal request will be approved. bingoplud reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposits have not been used for their intended purpose or where there is evidence of bonus abuse.
6. Fees: bingoplud does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bingoplud's control.

bingoplud offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bingoplud reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
4. Abuse Prevention: bingoplud actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their winnings voided and their account suspended.
5. Expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the player's account without notice.
6. Modification: bingoplud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by players.

All games available on the bingoplud Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, table games, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

1. RNG Certification: All non-live games on bingoplud use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior.
2. Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG. bingoplud is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by factors outside its control.
3. Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, bingoplud reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across the Platform. bingoplud will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
4. Disconnection: If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, bingoplud's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. The result will be recorded and reflected in your account balance upon reconnection.
5. Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bingoplud reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingoplud Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bingoplud, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to bingoplud immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using bingoplud for any purpose related to the proceeds of criminal activity. bingoplud complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingoplud staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the bingoplud Platform.

bingoplud is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bingoplud account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
2. Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
3. Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not receive any marketing communications from bingoplud.
4. Reality Checks: The Platform displays session duration information to help players stay aware of how long they have been playing.
5. Age Verification: bingoplud strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling.

All content on the bingoplud Platform — including but not limited to the bingoplud name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bingoplud or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bingoplud Platform without the prior written consent of bingoplud.

Any unauthorized use of bingoplud's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bingoplud.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingoplud, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or game errors beyond bingoplud's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by bingoplud in good faith to suspend, restrict, or close an account in accordance with these Terms.

bingoplud's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingoplud account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bingoplud's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may close your bingoplud account by contacting the support team. bingoplud may suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• bingoplud is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority including PAGCOR.
• bingoplud reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You have not logged into your account for an extended period and the account is deemed inactive in accordance with bingoplud's dormant account policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

bingoplud operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory matters relating to the Platform's operation are subject to the oversight of the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

bingoplud reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, bingoplud will provide advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the bingoplud Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bingoplud support.
