You'll be asked to provide your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. After submitting, you'll receive a verification link via email — click it to activate your account. You'll also need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) process by uploading a valid government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's license. Once verified, you're all set to deposit and play.

For address verification, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate (not older than 3 months) may be required. All documents must be clear, unedited, and show your full name and date of birth.

No. bingoplud strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is allowed only one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you've forgotten your login details, use the "Forgot Password" feature or contact our support team — there's no need to create a new account.

Go to the bingoplud login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Click it, enter your new password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols), and confirm. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Some details like your email address and mobile number can be updated directly from your Account Settings page after logging in. For changes to your legal name or date of birth, you'll need to contact our support team and provide supporting documentation, as these fields are tied to your KYC verification. bingoplud processes such requests within 3–5 business days. Note that your registered name must always match the name on your payment accounts (e.g., GCash, BPI) to ensure smooth withdrawals.

For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum may be slightly higher depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit limit set by bingoplud, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own daily transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your bingoplud account instantly in most cases.

bingoplud processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Here's a general guide to expected timelines after approval:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 1–3 hours
  • InstaPay: Within a few hours (real-time on most banks)
  • PESONet: Same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM; next business day otherwise
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–2 business days
Withdrawals are only released to accounts that match your verified bingoplud identity. Make sure your GCash or bank account name matches your registered name exactly.

bingoplud does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, some banks charge a small fee for InstaPay transfers. We recommend checking with your payment provider before initiating a transfer. bingoplud will always display the exact amount you'll receive before you confirm a withdrawal request.

There are a few common reasons a withdrawal might be delayed:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are pending review.
  • You have an active bonus with wagering requirements that haven't been met yet.
  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your daily or weekly limit.
  • Your account name doesn't match the name on your payment account.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it.
