bingoplud does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or health data, except where strictly required by applicable law or regulatory obligation (for example, collecting information about a gambling addiction in the context of a self-exclusion request).

bingoplud retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Our general retention principles are as follows:

• Active Account Data: Personal data associated with your bingoplud account is retained for the duration of your account's active status.
• Post-Closure Retention: Following account closure, bingoplud retains certain personal data (including identity, financial, and transaction records) for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with AML regulations, tax obligations, and potential legal proceedings.

The bingoplud platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. bingoplud does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If bingoplud becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on bingoplud, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

bingoplud employs age verification procedures during the registration process to prevent underage access to the platform. These procedures are a core part of our responsible gaming commitment.
